多孔介质传质系数特性分析与研究

摘要 以小型变压吸附制氧装置上进行的实验为基础,计算分析了v=0.05~0.27m/s,εb=0.32~0.47,dp=0.0016~0.0026m的传质系数。结果表明:1.传质系数随流速的增大而增大,且在较低流速范围内(v=0.05~0.1m/s),流速对传质系数的影响较大;2.传质系数与间隙率基本成线性关系,且随空隙率的增大而减小;3.传质系数随吸附介质颗粒直径的增大而明显减小。 Based on the experiment in a small-scale oxygen device by using PSA, the mass transfer coefficient was calculat- ed and analyzed between the value of the flow rate of 0.05 - 0.26 m/s, the closeness ( fractional void volume εb ) of 0. 32 -0.47, and the diameter of the adsorption media particle of 0.0016 -0. 0026 m. The results show as follows: 1. The mass transfer coefficient increases as the value of the flow rate of air increases. When the value of the flow rate is in a lower area ( v = 0. 05 - 0. 1 m/s), the flow rate has dramatic effect on the mass transfer coefficient ; 2. The mass transfer coefficient and the closeness have a approximately linear relation, and as the closeness increases the mass transfer coefficient drops; 3. The mass transfer coefficient drops dramatically with the increase of the diameter of the adsorption media particle.
