Semi-automatic Machine Models in Hair Weaving

介绍了半自动织发装置的原理,利用双凸轮机构配合二维数控伺服工作台,搭建半自动织发装置,并采用开放式运动控制卡作为装置伺服控制系统。实验结果表明,该装置满足假发编织工艺要求,达到了预期的目标。

This paper introduces the principle of the Semiautomatic Machine Models in Hair Weaving. The consists of two-side cam and 2-dimensional NC servo platform. It uses Open Motion Control Card as its control The experiment data indicate that this machine satisfies the requirements of hair weaving.
