摘要
采用溶胶凝胶(Sol-Gel)法制备了Ce3+掺杂钛酸铅超细粉体,并烧结成陶瓷.讨论了pH、温度等条件对制备Ce3+掺杂钛酸铅凝胶的影响因素,确定了最佳工艺条件.同时利用XRD对钛酸铅粉体进行了物相分析,用SEM进行了形貌表征,还测试了其介电性能.结果表明Ce的掺杂,可使钛酸铅电阻率下降6个数量级.
PbTiO3 superfines doped with Ce^3+ were prepared by the Sol-Gel method, then the PbTiO3 ceramics were sintered with the superfines. The influence of different factors on PbTiO3 gel doped with Ce^3+ is discussed, and the optimal process was decided for preparation of the ceramics. The phase and microstructure were characterized by XRD and SEM, respectively. In addition, measurements of Ce-doped PbTiO3. showed that the resistivity of samples decreased by six orders of magnitude owing to Ce doping.
