智能建筑是建筑信息化的结果。体现智能是智能建筑的本分.但智能技术的集成不能片面追求智能建筑的"智商",或单纯强化某些"特长"而忽视整体配合和实用性:要把握以人为本和适应、实用、经济的原则.突出节能降耗和绿色环保,也就是说要提高智能建筑的"情商"。为此.应落实科学发展观,通过加强行业人才队伍建设和管理标准化、科学化,实现智能建筑持续健康发展。

Intelligent building is the result of building information-based. Intelligent building should embody the intelligence, but the integration of intelligent technology should not only pursue IQ of intelligent building, or only intensify one strong point. We also should pay attention to it＇ s practicality： We need grasp the principle of man-oriented and highlight energy conservation. In other words, we should improve the EQ of intelligent building. Therefore we should carry out development position and intensify contingent construction .So we can make the development of intelligent building come true.
