用带指神经血管蒂的三角形岛状皮瓣修复指端损伤，皮瓣推进范围广，仅需一次手术，供区不需要植皮，外形好，保留伤指的长度。修复的指端具有良好的两点辨别觉，伤指掌皮肤两点辨别觉在３～６月恢复正常。临床应用３９指，随访２８指，效果良好。

A neurovascular pedicled triangule island flap was used to repair fingertip defects in thirty-nine fingers.The Iargest defect was 12×24mm 2 The flap could be displaced from 8mm to 18mm.The donorsite need no skin graft.Twenty-eight fingers were followed from three to eightern months after operation.Excellent result was obtained with regard to the sensation recovery and external appearance.The two-point discrimination of the palmar skin of injuried finger was recovered in three to six moths postoperatively.
