新形势下机场管制实验教学改革的探讨

Study on the Experiment Teaching Reform of Aerodrome Control under New Situation

随着空中交通运输的飞速发展,民航一线塔台管制工作的安全压力增大,需要培养出高素质的塔台管制员。作为培养管制员后备人才的高等院校,应加强在校学生的管制员技能和专业素质的实践教学。为了充分发挥模拟机实验教学的作用,针对目前机场管制实验教学存在的问题,应从以下5方面加以改进:更新实验教学观念、完善实验教学内容、优化实验教学方法、合理设计实验教学流程、教学标准的统一和教员组的协作。

With the development of civil aviation transportation, the safety pressure on tower control work has greatly increased. So it is very important to have high quality tower controllers. Civil Aviation Flight University of China should strengthen practice teaching in such aspects as the skills of control and special quality of students. To make better use of simulator experiment teaching, the author points out the weakness in the experiment teaching in aerodrome control and then provides some suggestions. These suggestions include five aspects ： forming new ideas of experiment teaching, improving experiment teaching content, enhancing experiment teaching methods, designing reasonable process of experiment teaching and establishing the same standard of experiment teaching among teachers.
