摘要
学生的实验是以提高其知识的综合应用能力为目标的。文章介绍了设置数字化设计与制造综合实验课程的优越性,简述了综合实验课程的反求与快速成型加工技术、精密特种加工技术及数控技术等部分的实验内容,以及综合实验课程的指导方式与考核方式,指出设置综合实验课程是提高学生机械设计制造知识综合应用能力的有效途径。
The purpose of experiments is to cultivate and improve the students' abilities to apply their own knowledge. Against the disadvantages in previous experiment courses, this paper introduces the advantages of setting integrative experiment course for D/g/ta/Design and Manufacture. It also presents the technology of reverse engineering and rapid pretype, the technology of exact special machining and NC and so on. It explains direction modes and check modes of experiment course, and points out that offering integrative experiment course is an effective method to enhance students' ability in the design and manufacturing of mechanism.
