Value Management of Government Investment Project Assessment

建设工程项目价值是以最优的资源配置有效实现项目利益相关者的需求。政府投资项目评审的价值管理工作处于项目寿命周期的前期阶段,社会公共项目建设应充分考虑到各方利益,因此积极推行价值管理工作是很有必要的。且项目价值分析评价中的某些因素是难以量化的,本文总结了两种价值分析方法的具体应用,并举例进行说明。

The value of construction projects is based on the optimal allocation of resources to achieve effective project stakeholders demand. Government investment projects assessment of the value of project management works at the early stage of life cycle stages, public construction projects should take into full consideration the interests of all parties and therefore actively promoting value management is necessary. And project analysis and evaluation on the value of certain factors is difficult to quantify. This paper summarizes the two methods of value analysis and makes example.
