摘要
分析了我国住宅消费存在的户型面积过大、寿命短、节能不到位、二次装修狂热等主要问题,探究其基本原因及在消费理念上存在的误区,并有针对性地指出加强舆论指导和调节市场供应等解决措施。
The paper analyzed the main problems existing in housing consumption, such as the too large area housing type, short lifetime, energy saving problem, fanatical redecorating, etc. Researched on the basic reasons and the misunderstandings on eonsumption pereeption of these problems. Puts forward the eountermeasures of enhaneing public opinion guidance and regulating market supply.
