Summarizes on the Basic Geological Surveying Grade of Jiangsu Province

江苏基础地质工作开展较早，研究程度较高。从区域地质调查、地球物理勘探。

The basic gelolgical surveying in Jiangsu was carried out quite earlier,its surveying grade is also very high.The paper has described the whole picture of regional geological survey,geophysical exploration and geochemical exploration.For the regional geological survey,the province has finished 1/200,000 scale geological mapping and most part of 1/50,000 scale geological mapping,and associated stratigraphic,lithological research.The geophysical exploration includes 1/200,000 scale magnetic and gravity survey of the whole province,1/1 million and 1/500,000 scale airborne magnetic survey for the continental area and shelf, 1/15,000 to 1/100,000 various scale magnetic,gravity,electric survey for some important areas.The geochemical exploration are mainly soil metal test,rock metal test,water chemical test.Various scaled surveys were adopted for different purpose ranging from 1/1,000 to 1/50,000.
