摘要 在莱维特看来,营销就是一个发现、创造、激发和满足客户需求的紧密结合的商业流程。这在当时的企业界发起了一场哥白尼革命。然而他发起的更大革命是:他主张用想象力来突破企生成长的瓶颈。想象力本质上是一种'一花一世界,一叶一如来'的感知力,是对客户及其需求细致感知。 In levvit's opinion,marketing is a process of discovering,creating,initiativing and satisfying the demands of the customers. This idea stired up a Copemican revolution. However,the greater revolution he stired up was the proposal that the enterprise should develop imagination to break through the battleneck of the growth. In fact,imagination is the power of perceiving which can discover the whole world in a small item. It means the business should fully perceive the customers,as well as their needs and their wants.
