摘要
分析钢轨磨耗检测的现状,介绍仪器的检测原理、组成与结构,并试制样机。通过系统功能测试和现场试验,试验结果表明仪器检测精度高、数据真实可靠、能实时检测钢轨磨耗,达到设计要求。
It was analyzed the present condition of the measuring railway freight, introduced the measuring principle of the instrument and constitute with the structure, and manufactured a samping machine.Through the test of system function and spot trial,the result of practically test showed the rail head profile laser measuring instrument was precise, credible, fast and real time measuring,and satisfied with all design requirements.
