摘要 H.264出色的压缩性能是以计算复杂度的提高为代价,使用快速帧间预测模式选择算法是提高H264编码速率的一种有效方法。高速的DSP芯片TMS320DM642作为硬件平台更好的再次降低运行复杂度,使得H264编码器的应用得以实现。提出一种基于H.264编码标准的数字视频监控系统编码终端的设计,重点论述针对监控视频的编码压缩算法的改进和编码硬件平台的设计。 The excellent performance of H264 was achieved at the great expense of computational complexity. The high speed DSP chips TMS320DM642 are used as hardware platforms on which H,264, the problem should be solved would andH. 264 coders that meet the requirements of the application would be implemented. It was given the design of a terminal of Digital Video Surveillance System based on h.264 and emphasize the amelioration of video compression arithmetic and the design of hardware.
