摘要
张绍操，1955年毕业于同济大学，教授级高级工程师。曾任上海市建设委员会、上海城乡规划环境保护委员会副主任，上海市城市规划管理局局长，人民政协上海市八届常委兼城市建设委员会主任。现为中国城市科学研究会常务理事、上海市城市科学研究会常务副理事长。发表过论文、评述70余篇。主持、参加过多项研究课题。作为第一得奖人的十几个奖项中，获国家科技进步二等奖一项，市（省）部级科技、决策、咨询、研究、设计一等奖五项。
