北京市义务教育阶段入学制度存在的问题与对策研究

On the Problems and Countermeatures of Admission System at the Stage of Compulsory Education in Beijing

新修订的《中华人民共和国义务教育法》对义务教育阶段入学制度作出了新的安排,确立了免学费、免杂费、免试、就近入学的原则,但现行的北京市义务教育阶段入学制度在入学者、入学学校、入学方式等方面还存在问题,需要依法完善入学制度,为解决“择校”问题提供制度保障。

The currently-revised Compulsory Education Law of P.R.China has set forth a series of new regulations on the admission system at compulsory education level in Beijing. The new law established principles of waiving tuition fee and miscellaneous fee, exempting entrance examination and registration in neighborhood schools. However problems still exist in prevailing admission system with respect to students, schools, admission types and admission outcome etc, which calls for legislative perfection for a better resolution for the phenomenon of school choosing.
