The Practices of Moral Education in the Primary and Secondery Schools:Problems and Consideration

德育实践活动是学校德育工作的重要内容,也是德育的有效载体和手段,更是道德教育中不可缺少的环节。当前学校德育实践活动在观念、政策、管理和实践等层面都存在不同程度的问题,对德育实践活动的教育价值、责任承担、组织开展以及评价等必须加以重视。加强中小学德育实践活动,可以从加强德育实践环境和条件建设的政策导向、加强德育实践基地的建设和管理、协调整合区域性德育实践资源等入手。

The practices of moral education are the important contents of the school moral education, also the effective carrier and means of moral education, and the indispensable link in moral education. At present there exist many problems with various degrees for the practices in such area as idea, policy, adminstration and practice, and therefore more emphasis should be paid on the educational value, the responsibility, the organization and evaluation of the practices of moral education. The strengthening of the practices could be started from the policy guidance of the construction of its environment and conditions, from the building of the practical bases and the management and coordination of the district resources of the practices of moral education.
