摘要
本文从著作权与知识产权的关系入手,对发达国家知识产权保护的范畴问题进行分析。
In information age, study on copyright of books, archives and intelligence is new trend of information resource management in 21 st century. The purpose of writing this paper is to introduce some ways in this respect in Europe and America, and also offer some beneficial reference for our country in making use of information resources at the digital age.
