数字图书馆建设中信息版权问题探讨

建设数字图书馆是信息化社会发展的要求,也是图书馆的发展趋势。在建设数字化图书馆过程中,图书馆在许多环节面临版权的困扰。本文从数字图书馆建设出发,分析了建设过程中的相关版权问题,并在文章最后给出了相应的解决方案。

Constructing the digitized library is not only the request of the information ization, but also the development trend of library. During the period of constructing the digitized library, the library faces the harassment of copyright in many rounds. This paper setting out from the digitized libraries＇ construction, analyzes the related copyright problem during this period, and gives correspondent solution at the end of this article.
