摘要
为观察紫参消痔坐浴剂对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响,采用微循环显微电视录像系统、微循环图像分析系统、激光多普勒血流仪,在用药前后不同时段,对小鼠耳廓微循环进行血管管径、血液流速测定,并与生理盐水组(NS组)和祛毒汤组相比较。结果显示,紫参消痔坐浴剂可显著增加小鼠耳廓动、静脉管径,提高微循环血液流速,与生理盐水组及祛毒汤组比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05),且随用药时间的延长,药效呈逐渐增加趋势。结果表明,紫参消痔坐浴剂具有明显的改善小鼠耳廓微循环的药理作用,揭示了其消肿止痛的作用机理。
In order to observe the influence of ZiShen Sitz Bath Granula (a granula for treating hemorrhoids) on microcirculation of auricle of mice,authors adopted the micro-video record system for micro circulation,imaging analysis system for microcirculation, and laser Doppler blood flowmeter to measure vessel diameter and blood flow velocity of the microcirculation at different stages before and after administration of above granuda,compared obtained data with that of NS group(Normal saline solution) and Que Du Decoction group. Results showed that this granula could significantly increase the blood velocity of microcirculation,vessel diameter of auricle arteries and veins, and enhance the blood velocity of microcirculation. These results were significantly different from those of other two groups( P 〈0.05) ,and its pharmacodynamic effects can present increasing trends along with prolonging the time of medication. It is showed that this granula has distinct pharmacologic effects of improving microcirculation of mice auricle, which suggests the mechanism of detumescence and analgesia.
