摘要
采用综合评价法可以较为客观公正地得出评价结果,但需要进行大量复杂的矩阵运算,利用SQL Server的数据库功能,实现基于网络环境的多点并发操作,可以简化计算。本文通过实例讨论了其算法,给出了应用软件。
It could lead justice results that using Comprehension Estimating Method. But a complex process of calculating is needed. It could be simplified through the database functionality of SQL Server which allows the network concurrency operations. This article discussed the algorithm by examples, and showed the application software.
