渤海海域的风特性统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Wind Properties in the Bohai Sea

利用渤海海域12个气象台站1965～1986年20余年的定时测风资料,统计确定了该海域年最大风速的概率分布参数、常风向及风速相关系数;并利用该海域Jz20-2平台二个冬季的连续测风资料和相关台站20余年的定时测风资料,统计确定了渤海辽东湾疲劳风速的概率分布及其分布参数,从而为该海域的海洋结构物设计和疲劳累积损伤分析提供了直接可用的风特性依据。

Bohai oil field is located at the Bohai sea and the wind properties there have direct influences on the design and use of the well drilling platforms in that sea. In this paper , first the parameters of the probability distribution of extreme value wind speed, the frequent wind direction and the wind speed correlation are determined after statistical analysis of the every-six-hour wind speed data in twenties years from 1965 to 1986 at twelve meteorological observatories in that sea. Second, the analysis of continuous wind speed data observed at the Jz20-2 platform in two winters and every-six-hour wind speed data in twenties years at related meteorological observatories are conducted, and the probability distribution and its parameters of fatigue wind speed in the Liaodong bay are determined. Hence the results obtained in this paper can be applied to the design and fatigue damage accumulation analysis of offshore structures in that sea.
