摘要
目前在幼儿园教育中存在着严重的过程不公平现象,要改变这一现象,就幼儿教师而言,必须牢固树立"以幼儿为本"的思想;就政府而言,必须对幼儿教师实行严格的教师资格认证制度,同时加大教育资源投入。
There＇s serious process unfair in present kindergarten education. To change such unfair, preschool teachers should make their education and teaching based on children＇s benefits and the government should establish strict accreditation system for teachers and give more invest on education sources.
