幼儿教师心理压力解析——透过158名幼儿教师看当前幼儿教师群体发展的障碍 被引量:32

摘要 长期以来幼儿教师心理健康一直被社会所忽视。随着以人为本的教育改革理念被广泛接受,越来越多的研究开始关注幼儿教师的心理压力问题。本研究通过对沈阳市158位幼儿教师的问卷调查发现:(1)当前幼儿教师普遍承受着较高程度的心理压力,其工作热情在逐步降低;(2)不同幼儿教师压力源具有很大的差异;(3)目前幼儿教师这一群体缺乏有效的压力管理策略。研究建议通过幼儿教师个人积极调试、教师之间互助和幼儿教育管理部门加强重视等途径来解决幼儿教师心理压力问题。 Childhood teachers' mental health has been long neglected by society of people-oriented is widely adopted in the contemporary education reform, more and Along with the concept more studies focus on childhood teachers' stress. This study was carried out on 158 preschool teachers, and through which we found that: (1) childhood teachers generally suffer from a high degree stress, because of which their teaching enthusiasm reduces gradually; (2) different childhood teachers have different stressors; (3) childhood teachers are generally lack of effective stress management strategies. To solve these problems, more attention should be paid to childhood teachers themselves, relationship between teachers and child education management department.
