摘要
王家庄石膏矿床规模大、品位富(CaSO4·2H2O+CaSO47563%~98.20%),矿物成分简单,以石膏为主(69.12%~96.51%);矿体呈层状产出,埋藏浅;矿石为块状、条带状构造。在140℃,2h条件下煅烧制得的熟石膏抗折强度为521MPa,抗压强度为1039MPa,白度为855%,凝结时间6~9min。轻质石膏空心砌块抗压强度为294MPa。防水处理后制品的吸水率为20%,软化系数为068。
With the high ore grade (CaSO_4·2H_2O+CaSO_4:75.63%~98.20%), simple mineralogical composition (CaSO_4·2H_2O: 69.12%~96.51%) and massive and banded ore structures, Wangjiazhuang gypsum deposit has large ore reserves. The orebodies are beded and low buried. Calcium sulfate hemihydrate has been made under the condition of 140℃ and 2 hours. The bending strength of hemihydrate is 521 MPa, compressive strength 1039 MPa. The level of white of hemihydrate is about 855% and congulation time 6~9min. The compressive strength of hollow gypsum brick is about 294 MPa. The absorption water rate of waterproof products is 20% and softened coefficient is 068.
