摘要
20世纪90年代以来,NGOs在中国有了迅速的发展,并越来越多地参与到社会生活的方方面面。目前,中国经济社会正处于转型的关键时期,大力发展NGOs既有现实的必要性,又有时间上的紧迫性。NGOs在构建社会主义和谐社会中正日益发挥着不可替代的作用,在社会治理方面成为继政府和企业之外的"第三支柱"。虽然中国的NGOs发展还存在着诸多问题,但是可以预见,在未来几年之内,NGOs在构建和谐社会中的作用将会越来越突出。
NGOs have been developing quickly in China from 1990＇s, and positively participated in many aspects of social life. At present, China is being in the key period of economic and social transformation, so it is necessary and urgent both in reality and in time to develop NGOs. NGOs play an unreplaceable role in building socialist harmonious society, and become ＂the third pillar＂ except govemment and enterprise. Although NGOs in China still have a lot of nonstandard behavior and restricted factors, we can foresee that NGOs would play a more and more outstanding role in building socialist harmonious society in future.
