基于空间更新过程的MPEG-4视频流建模方法

摘要 本文利用了SRP(空域更新过程)中自相关函数与分布函数可以分别用两个过程独立表示的特性,提出了一种基于SRP的帧级MPEG-4视频流量建模方法,在模型中用背景过程表示场景变化,用前景过程描述I、P、B帧的边缘分布。本模型能同时精确描述MPEG-4视频流的自相关函数(ACF)和边缘分布(Marginal distribution),同时建模过程简单,模型参数少,易于控制。 A new frame level MPEG-4 VBR traffic model base on Spatial Renewal Process (SRP) is proposed. SRP can describe its autocorrelation function and marginal distribution separately. We utilize this feature to set up an SRP-based MPEG-4 video traffic model. One background process is used to describe the scene length distribution, and the other is used to describe the marginal distribution of frame size. SRP-based model can depict the LRD and packet loss rate accurately than traditional AR model, and it is simple and easy to be analyzed.
