摘要
目的:研究白芨水煎剂对变形链球菌的抑制作用,探讨白芨作为中药防龋剂的可能性。方法:用纸片扩散法测定白芨水煎剂对变形链球菌的抑制作用,用二倍稀释法将白芨水煎剂稀释为不同浓度,并用胰蛋白酶大豆(TS)液体培养基测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC),用2g/L洗必泰液作为阳性对照,用生理盐水作为阴性对照。结果:浓度在125mg/mL以上的白芨水煎剂出现抑菌圈,且随着浓度的增加,抑菌圈增大。结论:白芨水煎剂具有抑制变形链球菌的作用,提示其可能具有防龋作用。
AIM: To investigate the inhibitory effect of decoction of Bletille striata Reichb. f to Streptococcus mutans(S mutans) in vitro and to explore the possibility of Bletille striata Reichb. f(BS) as an anti - caries agent. METHODS : Slip diffusion method was adopted to measure the inhibitory effect of decoction to the S mutans. The decoction was diluted to different concentration by minute amount serial dilution test. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)was determined by liquid TS. 0.2 % chlorhexidine was used as positive control and 0.9 % NaCl as negative control. RESULTS: Inhibition zone was appeared in over 125mg/mL concention of the decoction. The more concention showed more inhibition zone. CONCLUSION: BSD has inhibitory effect on S mutans. It indicates that the Bletille striata Reichb. f may have anti - caries effect.
