不同频率电针结合促通技术治疗脑卒中偏瘫临床评价 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨两种不同频率电针结合促通技术对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的影响.方法:将87例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成低频(3Hz)电针组45例、高频(12Hz)电针组42例,两组患者在促通技术基础上采用两种不同频率进行电针治疗,治疗前和治疗后采用Rivermead指数评定患者运动功能,Barthel指数测定患者日常生活活动能力.结果:两组患者治疗前Rivermead和Barthel指数测评无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后Rivermead和Barthel指数测评较治疗前有统计学差异(P<0.01),且治疗后两组间Rivermead和Barthel指数测评有统计学差异(P<0.01).结论:两种不同频率电针结合促通技术对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力均具有促进作用,且以低频电针组疗效更为明显. AIM: To discuss the using of two different frequency electroacupuncture with facilitation techniques to affect the motor function of hemiplegic patients after cerebral apoplexy. METHODS: Eighty-seven cerebral apoplexy-induced hemiplegic patients were randomly assigned into low frequency (3 Hz) group ( n = 45 ) and high frequency ( 12 Hz) group ( n = 42 ). They were treated with the two frequency electroacupuncture based on facilitation techniques. Their motor function was evaluated by Rivermead index and activities of daily living by Barthel index before and after treatment. RESULTS: Before treatment, Rivermead index and Barthel index didn't have obvious difference(P 〉 0.05 ) between the 2 groups, while they were extremely different (P 〈0.01 ) after treatment. And throughout treatment, the Rivermead index and the Barthel index also had obvious difference (P 〈0.01 ) in the same group. CONCLUSION: Both low and high frequency electroacupuncture with facilitation techniques can improve the motor function and activities of daily living of hemiplegic patients after cerebral apoplexy, especially the low frequency electroacupuncture has the better result.
