摘要
目的:探讨ClC-3在人肺癌组织中的表达及其生物学意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学染色技术检测76例人肺癌标本中ClC-3蛋白的表达.结果:76例人肺癌标本中阳性表达69例(90.8%),对照组10例正常肺组织ClC-3蛋白的表达为阴性;而蛋白表达阳性的69例肺癌中,ClC-3主要位于瘤细胞和微血管内皮细胞的胞浆内或细胞膜上.随着TNM分期升级,ClC-3蛋白表达也呈逐渐上调趋势(P<0.01).结论:ClC-3在人肺癌及肺转移癌组织中普遍表达,并且可能与肺癌TNM分期相关.
AIM: To investigate the expression and biological significance of CIC-3 in pulmonary carcinoma. METHODS: The expression of CIC-3 in pulmonary carcinoma samples from 76 patients with lung cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: There were 69 samples (90. 8%) with positive response in 76 lung cancer samples. No sample was positive in normal control group(n = 10). CIC-3 was mainly located in the membrance and plasma of oncocytes and capillary endothelial cells. The expression of CIC-3 rose as TNM stage of cancer stepped up. CONCLUSION: CIC-3 expresses commonly in pulmonary carcinoma and its metastasis, which may be related to TNM staging.
