手部动静脉畸形的介入治疗

Interventional treatment of arteriovenous malformation of hands

目的回顾总结5例手部动静脉畸形的介入疗法。方法经患侧肱动脉置管,对畸形血管供血动脉分别超选和栓塞。栓塞采用高温处理的明胶海绵颗粒、丝线段、平阳霉素和弹簧圈。结果5例中共栓塞13支供血动脉,栓塞成功率100%。1例复杂畸形得到有效控制,3例临床治愈和近期1例在观察中。结论经导管动脉栓塞是治疗手动静脉畸形的一种安全、成功率高和疗效肯定的治疗手段。

Objective To review and summarize the effects of interventional treatment of hand arteriovenous malformation in 5 cases. Methods Through catheterization of brachial artery ipsilaterally the blood-supply artery of arteriovenous malformation was embolized, using high-temperaure managed gelatin sponge, silk Ihread, l^iugyangmycinc and spring coil. Results Total 13 blood-supply arteries in 5 cases were embolized with successful rate of 100%, including I case of complex malfo,lnalion under effectively controlled, 3 cases cured clinically and 1 case still awaiting observation. Conclusions Transcatheter arterial embolization for the treatment of hand arteriovenous malformation is safe, effective and high successful. （J lntervenl Radiol, 2007, 16 ： 277-279 ）
