摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测MMP-9蛋白在18例正常宫颈上皮、20例宫颈原位癌、55例宫颈浸润癌中的表达。结果MMP-9在宫颈浸润癌中的表达率明显高于正常宫颈组织和宫颈原位癌(P<0.05),而正常宫颈组织和宫颈原位癌组织之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。MMP-9的表达与宫颈鳞癌不同临床分期、肿瘤大小、病理分级无显著性差异(P>0.05),而在宫颈浸润不同深度间及有无淋巴转移的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9在宫颈浸润癌中呈高表达,MMP-9可能通过降解破坏细胞外基质(ECM)和基底膜(BM)而发挥促进宫颈癌发生、发展、浸润转移的作用。 To study the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in cervical cancer. Methods The expression of MMP-9 protein was tested by using immunohistochemical SP method in 18 cases of normal cervical epithelium, 20 cases of carcinoma in situs of cervix, and 55 cases of invasive cervical cancer. Results The expression of MMP-9 protein in invasive cervical cancer was higher than that in normal cervical tissue and carcinoma in situs of cervix (P (0. 05). There was no significance difference in MMP-9 expression between normal cervical tissue and carcinoma in situs of cervix (P^0.05). The expression of MMP-9 protein was not related to clinical stages, the size of tumor and pathological grading of invasive cervical cancer (P~ 0.05), but it was associated with the depth of invasive cervical and lymph node metastases (P(0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 was high in cervical cancer. MMP-9 may degradate extracelluiar matrix (ECM) and basilemma (BM), thus promoting development and progress, and metastasis of cervical cancer.
