摘要
目的探讨骨相关蛋白与慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者并发动脉粥样硬化和瓣膜钙化的相关性。方法以75例CRF患者(其中有27例存在颈动脉斑块,23例检测到瓣膜钙化)和10例正常对照作为研究对象。采用ELISA法测定各组血中骨桥蛋白(OPN)、胎球蛋白-A(fetuin-A)和基质Gla蛋白(MGP)水平。比较骨相关蛋白水平与各组临床特征之间的关系。结果与对照组比较,CRF患者血中OPN水平显著升高,fetuin-A水平显著降低。存在颈动脉斑块和心脏瓣膜钙化CRF患者的OPN和fetuin-A水平改变尤为明显。OPN水平与颈动脉内膜厚度呈正相关。结论CRF患者血中OPN和fetuin-A水平与其动脉粥样硬化和心脏瓣膜钙化可能有关。
To elucidate the association of bone-related protein with the presence of atherosclerosis and valvular calcification in chronic renal failure (CRF) patients. Methods Bone-related protein levels including osteopontin ( OPN), fetuin-A and matrix GLA protein (MGP) in 75 CRF patients (27 with carotid plaques and 23 with valvular calcification) and 10 age-matched controls were measured by using ELISA, and their relations to clinic manifestation were studied. Results The levels of OPN in CRF patients were significantly higher and fetuin-A levels significantly lower than those in healthy controls. The concentrations of OPN and fetuin-A in CRF patients with carotid plaques and valvular calcification changed significantly. The OPN values were positively related to the mean intima media thickness levels. Conclusion The levels of OPN and fetuin-A may be associated with the presence of atherosclerosis and valvular calcification in CRF patients.
