子宫内膜癌p16、p53和C-erbB-2的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of p16,p53 and C-erbB-2 in endometrial carcinomas

目的研究抑癌基因p16、p53和癌基因C-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测l0例正常子宫内膜组织和40例子宫内膜癌病例中p16、p53和C-erbB-2蛋白的表达。结果正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜癌中p16、p53和C-erbB-2阳性表达率分别为100%、0%、0%和47.5%、52.5%、37.5%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。p16蛋白表达在G1与G3组之间和Ⅰ期与Ⅲ期之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);p53和C-erb-B2表达随组织学分级,临床分期升高,表达逐渐升高。p16、p53和C-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌联合检测中的阳性表达率异常高于单项指标的检测结果。结论p16、p53和C-erbB-2对判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度和组织学分级都有重要意义,p16、p53和C-erbB-2表达上的差异可能反映了肿瘤不同阶段中各基因的不同表现,联合检测可以弥补单个指标检测的不足,更好地反映肿瘤细胞在不同阶段的动态改变。

To study the expression and clinical significance of p16, p53 and C-erbB-2 proteins in endometrial carcinomas. Methods Immunohistochemical method S-P was used to detect the expression of p16, p53, C-erbB-2 proteins in 10 normal endometrial tissues and 40 endometrial carcinomas. Results The positive expression rates of p16, p53 and C-erbB-2 in normal endometrial tissues and endometrial carcinomas were 100% ,0% ,0% and 47.5% ,52.5% ,37.5% respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05） , and the expressions of p16 in G3 and stage Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in G1 and stage I （P 〈 0.05）. The expressions of p53 and C-erbB-2 were increased with both histologic grade and clinical stage developed. The associated detection of p16, p53 and C-erbB-2 in endometrial carcinomas were significant higher than any of them respectively. Conclusion p16, p53 and C-erbB-2 expression play significant roles in judgement of the degree of malignancy and histologic differentiaton of endometrial carcinoma. The difference of p16, p53 and C-erbB-2 expression may reflect the different manifestation of them on different stage of tumor pathogenesis. Associated detection of them may make up for the deficiency of single index respectively and may contribute more to reflect the dvnamic change of tumor cells.
