摘要 糖尿病是一种常见的内分泌代谢疾病,其发病机理尚未完全明确,与多种因素相关。近年来γ-氨基丁酸在糖尿病形成作用中越来越受到人们的重视,谷氨酸脱羧酶是γ-氨基丁酸的合成酶抑制剂,是引起糖尿病的早期自身抗原之一。本文分类综述了γ-氨基丁酸与胰岛细胞、糖尿病中枢神经系统之间的关系。 Diabetes mellitus is a frequent endocrine disorder disease and its etiopathogenesis is still not completely known, which is caused by several factors. In recent years gamma-aminobutyric acid was believed to have something to do with the formation of diabetes meUitus. The glutamic acid decarboxylase, which is one of the earlier autoantigens causing diabetes mellitus, is the synthetase inhibitor of gamma-aminobutyric acid. The relationship of gamma-aminobutyric acid, islets of langerhans and the central nervous system in diabetes mellitus was reviewed in this paper.
