摘要
目的:探讨硼砂泡腾片的制备及质量控制方法。方法:制备硼砂泡腾片,按中国药典方法对该制剂主药含量、性状、酸度、发泡量等进行质量控制,用中和法测定硼砂含量。结果:制备的硼砂泡腾片符合药典规定。结论:该制剂处方设计合理,制备工艺简便,质量可控。
Objective： To study methods for the preparation and quality control of Borax Effervescent tablet. Methods： Borax vaginal effervescent tablets were prepared and its quality control method was established according to Chinese pharmacopeias for monitoring its acidity and effervescent quantity. Its borax content was determined with neutralization. Results： Borax effervescent tablet conforms to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeias. Conclusions： The established method is reasonable in design. The product preparation method is simple and the quality is controllable.
