摘要
采用不同的预处理工艺,在Fe-14Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni合金的原始组织中,引入不均匀的全位错、回复亚晶、α′马氏体和化合物相来强化母相奥氏体,测试了合金在不同组织状态时的形状记忆效应.结果表明:对母相奥氏体的强化,能有效抑制预应变时奥氏体的不可逆塑性变形。
This paper deals with the shape memory effect of an Fe 14Mn 5Si 9Cr 5Ni alloy with different original microstructures. The perfect dislocation tangle and block, recovery sub grain, α ′ martensite and second phase precipitation were introduced into the original microstructure in order to strengthen the parent phase austenite by using different pre processing. It is found that the factors to strengthen parent phase austenite can repress effectively the irreversible plastic deformation in austenite during prestrain and result in an improvement of the recovery strain and degree of shape recovery.
