摘要
以有机醇盐为先驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法结合浸渍提拉法在光学塑料表面制备有机改性耐磨涂层,研究热处理温度对膜的硬度及抗划伤性的影响,利用红外分析等手段对产生这种影响的微观机理进行了初步的探索.结果表明:涂膜后光学塑料的透光性能仍保持良好;随热处理温度提高。
Wear resistant coatings were prepared on optical plastics by sol gel process with metal alkoxides as precursor. The influence of heat treatment on the hardness and wear resistance were investigated, of which the mechanism has also been discussed with the help of FTIR analysis. It showed that the optical plastics coated keep high optical transmittance, and their hardness and wear resistance increase with temperature of heat treatment.
