摘要
研究了单向短切碳纤维增强锂铝硅酸盐(LAS)玻璃陶瓷基复合材料的制备工艺及其对复合材料机械性能的影响.结果表明:短切碳纤维增强LAS玻璃陶瓷基复合材料的性能与热压温度、热压保温时间、热压压力有关;随纤维体积含量的不同,复合材料性能存在不同的最佳热压工艺;
The influence of various distinct preparation parameters on the mechanical properties of the resulting composites was studied. It has been shown that properties of the composites were related with hot pressing temperature, time and pressure and there were different optimum preparation conditions for different fiber volume composites. The different optimum preparation conditions were resulted from high temperature mobility of liquid glass in matrix.
