师范院校科研成果计算机管理的软件设计

THE SOFTWARE DESIGN OF COMPUTER MANAGEMNT FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH RESULTS IN NORMAL UNIVERSITIES

为解决当前师范院校科研处,统计全校各系教师的科研成果和向部(委)上报表格的繁琐的手工劳动;加强校系间的联系;及时掌握每位教师的科研情况和外界的联系;提高统计的准确性和管理的效益,根据我校的实际情况编制了师范院校科研成果计算机管理的软件。采用菜单显示,通过人机对话进行操作具有较强的功能而使用又十分灵活等特点。

In order to extricate the scientific research department of the normal university from miscellaneous manual work of coum- ring up the facultiess' scientific research results and sending forms to ministries (commissions),to strengthen the connection between the university and departments and obtain the informa- tion of faculties scientific research results and their connection with other intitutions at home and abroad as well as to improve the statistics accuracy and management benefit.We program the software of computer management on counting up the faculties' scientific research results according to the circumstances of our university.By using the menu show and operation through dialo- gue bdtween man and machine the software has the characterist- ics of stronger function and flexibilities.
