摘要
本文基于档案馆的科学发展和社会功能发挥的认识,深入、系统地论述了当代档案馆员素质建设的重要性、不同层次馆员应具备的基本素质与培养措施。
On the basis of the knowledge of archive＇s scientific development and social functions, this paper analyzes the importance of the present archivists＇quality construction and different qualities and training methods to different level of archivists.
