Enhancement of the construction of teacherstnorality and ethos is the urgent demand of both nurturing high quality teaching staff and perfecting the learning environment in institutions of higher education. To construct teachers ＇morality and ethos, we must regulate instructors＇occupational morality, establish a new outlook of students, andcarry on teachers＇spirit of devotion and dedication to work.
