高师院校继续教育现状及发展策略浅析

Studies on the Situation and Development Tactics of Continuous Education of Normal College

继续教育是当今教育先于经济发展的一个教育变革的突出标志,是构建终身教育体系和建立学习型社会的重要途径,是实现高等教育大众化、提高全民文化知识水平的有效手段。当前,高师院校继续教育的发展面临着地位低下、管理体制不健全、缺乏政策支持、教学手段和方法落后、管理松懈效率不高、教学质量得不到保证等诸多问题,本文拟针对这些问题提出解决的办法和发展策略,以促进高师院校继续教育的可持续发展。

As a prominent symbol of that the present education is before than the economical development and an important way to construct the lifelong education system and establish study - based society, the continuing education makes the outstanding contribution on the popularity of the higher education and the improvement of the cultural level in the whole society. However, the development of the continuing education in higher normal colleges and universities facel a lot of problems such as low status, the imperfect management system, the backward teaching methods, the lax management, and the teaching quality without assurance. This article tries its best to propose the solutions and the strategies of development to meet the demand of the sustainable development of the continuing education.
