摘要
探讨用铂电阻作温度传感器、555时基电路构成温度/频率变换器,由8098单片机实现远距离遥测并用软件进行非线性校正的方法,可实现单总线多点温度检测.具有硬件电路简单、测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、性能稳定、耐腐蚀。
A method of non-linear adjustment for the transference between frequency and temperature which is detected and transfered by detecting circuit board using Pt thermal resistence, together with the hardware and software to realize the method are described. The paper also gives the result of the experiment, which proves the method practical and accurate. This method has been adopted in the “locomotive axle temperature safeguard system” using MCS-8098 microprocessor, which can detect the temperature at 37 points of 6 axles on a locomotive.
