先天性睾丸发育不全综合征伴发精神障碍1例

摘要 Klinefelter综合征（先天性睾丸发育不全综合征）是常见的一种因性染色体数目异常引起并伴多种临床表现的疾病，发病率约1／800。典型染色体核型是47XXY（占80％）。常见表现包括睾丸小硬、精子缺乏、不育，下肢长，身材高，双侧无痛性乳房增大等，血浆睾酮水平低下，而卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素通常升高，雌激素水平可升高，但大多数在正常范围。Klinefelter综合征可并发多种疾病，
