The senior talented persons is very important to port in developing vigorously with science and technology. This paper puts forward a few measures for training the senior talented persons, such as building up a perfect training system for senior talented persons, evaluation and selecting system, impelling system and man power pool system. It points out that the man - power resource is the resource of ports in raising the core competitive force.
