摘要
利用热模拟试验机通过单道次压缩变形试验研究了35K冷墩钢测定奥氏体区形变规律,确定了不同应变率和温度条件下的应力-应变曲线,研究了变形温度、变形速率对试验用钢再结晶行为的影响,建立了35K钢的动态再结晶模型。
Through single pass compress deformation test and in use of hot simulating machine, the study on deformation rule of 35K steel in austenite region is carried out. the stress-strain curves under different deformation temperature and rate are obtained, experiment In the test, as well as, the influence of deformation temperature and rate on recrystaUization behavior is studied. Based on this study, the dynamic recrystallization model for 35K steel is established.
