摘要
根据首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司的内外部条件,结合首钢实施生产废水零排放的运行经验,提出耦合式盐平衡模式,以海水淡化为基础,以分质供水为手段,从而实现工业用水零排放和循环经济,并从理论上分析了不同条件下耦合式系统的运行工况。
Based on the internal and external situation of Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., as well as the practical experience of zero discharge of industrial wastewater of Shougang, the linked-pattern of salinity balance mode is proposed in this paper, whose basis is seawater desalinization and by means of quality-divided water supply, in accomplishing zero discharge of industrial wastewater and Recycle Economy. Besides, the operating situation of the linked - pattern system in different cases is also analyzed in theory.
