特异性免疫治疗对哮喘患者肺功能的影响

Effects of specific immunotherapy on pulmonary function of patients with asthma

目的探讨特异性免疫治疗对哮喘患者临床疗效及肺功能的影响。方法54例哮喘患者分为治疗组和对照组各27例,治疗组选用相应过敏原疫苗进行免疫治疗,对照组采用哮喘常规治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效及肺功能较对照组明显提高,且脱敏时间越长,疗效越好。结论特异性免疫治疗可改善哮喘患者肺功能,减轻临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effects of specific immunotherapy on pulmonary function and clinical curative effect of patients with asthma. Methods The corresponding allergen vaccine was chose for immunotherapy in the therapeutic group, and routine treatment was used in the control group. Results In the therapeutic group, the clinical curative effect and pulmonary function had improved significantly in comparison with the control group. The longer the desensitization time, the bet- ter the efficacy would be. Conclusion Specific immunotherapy can improve pulmonary function of patients with asthma, and decrease clinical symptom.
