黄芩对皮肤瘢痕形成过程中转化生长因子-β_1及胶原蛋白Ⅲ表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨黄芩对皮肤瘢痕形成的作用及可能机理。方法建立大鼠皮肤切除伤增生性瘢痕动物实验模型,随机分为两组,每组9只大鼠建模18个瘢痕。黄芩治疗组除每日给予黄芩提取物外用,其他喂养及生活条件与对照组完全相同。在3、7、14天分别检测两组转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和胶原蛋白Ⅲ(Co1Ⅲ)的表达水平,观察胶原蛋白聚集水平。结果对照组TGF-β1、Co1Ⅲ表达水平升高,黄芩治疗组TGF-β1、Co1Ⅲ表达水平受到抑制,升高程度不明显(P<0.05),Masson染色结果显示黄芩治疗组胶原蛋白表达抑制,表达水平升高不明显(P<0.05)。结论黄芩通过抑制TGF-β1和Co1Ⅲ表达水平,减少细胞外基质的异常沉积影响皮肤瘢痕的形成。 Objective To investigate the effect of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on scar formation of skin and underlying mechanism. Methods The animal model of hyperplastic scar was established on 16 rats and they were randomized into two groups, with 9 rats subjected to 18 hyperplastic scars in each groups. Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was administered externally for treatment group but not for control group. The other conditions and interventions were matched between the two groups. TGF- β1 and Col Ⅲ expression at day 3, 7, and 14 were measured in two groups. Results TGF-β1 and Col Ⅲ expression of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion SBG can mitigate scar formation of the skin through depressing the expression of TGF-β and Col Ⅲ and thereupon diminishing the abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix.
