极低出生体重儿并发症及其防治对策

Prevention and treatment of complications of very low birth weight infants

目的探讨极低出生体重儿并发症及其防治方法。方法对全部患儿监测呼吸暂停、血糖紊乱情况、贫血、视网膜病变(ROP)、院内感染等,并进行防治。结果本组极低出生体重儿均存在1种以上并发症,呼吸暂停62例,血糖异常88例,贫血82例,ROP11例20眼,院内感染16例。住院期间死亡6例,其中院内感染2例。结论对极低出生体重儿并发病应重视。院内感染是极低出生体重儿死亡的重要原因,应积极防治。

Objective To investigate complications of very low birth weight infants （VLBWI） as well as the preventive and curing protocols. Methods Apnea, blood glucose disturbance, anaemia, retinopathy of prematurity and hospital-acquired infection were scrutinized and treated. Results In this series, each VLBWI had at least one complication, including apnea in 62 cases, pathoglycemia in 88 cases, anemia in 82 cases, retinopathy of prematurity in 11 cases { 20 eyes ） and nosocomial infections in 16 cases. Six infants died in hospital, including 2 nosocomial infection cases. Conclusion Great emphasis should be attached on the complications of VLBWI. Nosocomial infection is an important cause of death in VLBWI and should be prevented and treated actively.
